IT Pricing Should Be Simple

Pricing is per endpoint, per month. A $1,000 monthly minimum covers your first 10 endpoints. Endpoints 11 through 20 are $100 each, endpoints 21 through 50 are $95 each, and every endpoint above 50 is $90. Each rate applies only to the endpoints in its tier, so 25 endpoints come to $2,475 a month.

Yes. The plan starts at $1,000 a month, which covers up to 10 endpoints. An office with fewer than 10 endpoints pays the same $1,000 minimum. All pricing is monthly.

Every covered endpoint gets the full plan: 1-hour critical and 4-hour standard response, unlimited remote and onsite support, unlimited remote PC access, 24/7 infrastructure monitoring, Microsoft and third-party updates, endpoint antivirus and anti-malware, cybersecurity threat hunting, 24/7 SIEM/SOC monitoring, email security and impersonation protection, security awareness training, IT documentation and monthly executive reporting.

Your systems are monitored around the clock on every plan. The 24/7 Support upgrade adds help desk support around the clock, nights and weekends included. It is $30 per endpoint per month with a $300 monthly minimum, added to your base plan.

Onboarding starts with an IT assessment of your network, devices and security. From there we document your environment, set up monitoring and security on each covered endpoint, and agree on a start date. We walk you through the plan during your free consultation.
